The Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation seeks to end global pediatric HIV/AIDS by funding prevention and treatment programs, research, and advocacy. The organization is engaged in public policy and advocacy efforts in the United States, and in research and program implementation in several countries, including Cameroon, Côte d’Ivoire, Democratic Republic of Congo, Eswatini, India, Kenya, Lesotho, Malawi, Mozambique, Rwanda, Tanzania, Uganda, and Zambia.

The Elizabeth Taylor AIDS Foundation was established in 1991 to raise money to support the direct care of the world’s most vulnerable people living with HIV. As recently as 2019, ETAF’s international outreach was focused in southern Malawi. ETAF’s funding priorities in the U.S. are (1) Youth Education, Prevention & Support; (2) Direct Treatment & Care of Women; and (3) Family Care through Life Enhancing Experiences & Emotional Support. Recently, ETAF launched a program to modernize criminal laws and penalties against people living with HIV, working with an anti-criminalization alliance of five advocacy-based organizations.

The Elton John AIDS Foundation funds frontline partners to prevent infections, fight stigma and provide treatment with love, compassion and dignity for the most vulnerable groups affected by HIV around the world. As a leader in the global AIDS community, the Foundation is committed in 2020-2025 to funding programs in Africa reaching people aged 10-24 years old. The Foundation has an extensive grant program supporting efforts that have an immediate and lasting effort in the fight against HIV.
