The Foundation for the AIDS Monument is comprised of volunteer Board members who share a passion for ensuring that the history of the AIDS epidemic, both locally and nationally, is chronicled and preserved for younger generations.
W. David Hardy, M.D
Dr. Hardy is director of infectious diseases at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles and an associate professor of medicine-in-residence at the David Geffen School of Medicine, University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). He has worked as an HIV Researcher since 1984 and as a COVID-19 Researcher since 2020.
